One of the older modern Oregon distilleries — founded 1996 by Jim Bendis. Produces under the Crater Lake Spirits brand. Best known for Crater Lake Vodka (filtered through volcanic Cascade-region rock) and the Pepper Vodka. Also produces gin, whiskey, and rum.
