Brand launched 1986 (modernist redesign of an older 'Bombay Dry Gin' brand). Production moved 2014 from Warrington to a purpose-built distillery at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire — a beautifully restored historic paper mill with Heatherwick Studio glass botanical houses. Distinctive 'vapor infusion' method — botanicals are placed in baskets above the still rather than macerated in the spirit, giving a lighter, more delicate flavor profile than maceration-style London Dry.
