Founded by Lee Medoff (also a co-founder of House Spirits/Westward). Named for the Bull Run Watershed that supplies Portland's water. Focused on Oregon Single Malt and the Pacific Northwest single-malt house style. Also produces a popular Oregon Single Malt Pinot Noir Cask Finished line (using PNW pinot noir wine casks).
