It takes about 20 lbs of sweet potato to create one bottle of Covington Vodka making it uniquely Gluten Free. Covington Gourmet Vodka is remarkably smooth, rich with subtle creamy undertones and without the slightest hint of heat on a long and level finish. Our production of small batches captures the middle 60% known as the “heart” of the distillate. Covington is also Certified Kosher.
