Founded 1670 — DDL traces lineage to multiple historical Demerara plantations whose stills have been consolidated to the Diamond facility. Operates the only continuously functioning wooden Versailles single pot still, double wooden pot still, Enmore wooden Coffey still, Port Mourant wooden double pot still, and several other historical stills.
