Founded by Paul Hletko in Evanston, IL — the city that was the longtime headquarters of the Woman's Christian Temperance Union (WCTU). FEW stands for Frances Elizabeth Willard, the WCTU leader who lived in Evanston. Choosing to open a distillery in dry-history Evanston was the founding statement. Bourbon, rye, gin.
