First post-Prohibition distillery in Utah. Founded by David Perkins. Originally a sourcing-and-blending house — built a reputation for sophisticated MGP-sourced rye blends (Double Rye, Rendezvous Rye). Acquired by Constellation Brands in 2016. Now produces increasing volume at the Blue Sky Ranch facility in Wanship while maintaining the source-and-blend tradition for the legacy lines.
