Laissez Versez (Let It Pour) was formed as all good plans are: at a social event. The idea of having a local distillery seemed like a good idea. Over the following year and several more social events the idea solidified and took shape. Many of our friends who worked in the plants helped in the development of our still and the process surrounding it.
