Founded 1872 by Paul and Raymond Lillet. Aromatized wine — Bordeaux wine + citrus liqueurs + cinchona bark (originally as a quinine tonic). Lillet Blanc is the most famous (Bond's Vesper martini specifies 'half a measure of Kina Lillet,' which was the cinchona-rich pre-1986 formulation). Owned by Pernod Ricard since 2008.
