Olde York farm has a farm-to-cask distillery and cooperage located along the Claverack Creek. Grain and fruit used in distillation is grown right here in the Hudson Valley to make limited releases of micro batch spirits. Our distillery is part of the historic Jacob Rutsen van Rensselaer House & Mill complex.
