Founded 2009 by Ian Hart in his Highgate home — initially distilled in glass labware on the kitchen table. Vacuum distillation (low-temperature) preserves volatile aromatics that boil-off in traditional pot-still gin. Each botanical is distilled separately and blended afterwards (rather than co-distilled) — a Sacred signature.
