Founded by Kevin Plank (Under Armour founder) on the Baltimore harbor. Centerpiece of the modern Maryland-style rye revival — uses Maryland-tradition higher-corn-content rye mashbill (rather than the MGP 95/5 Pennsylvania-style). On-site distillation since 2017; earlier Sagamore bottlings sourced from MGP. Now has both grain-to-glass production at the Baltimore facility and continues to source for some lines.
