Founded 2014. Originally a gin producer (formerly named 'Rogue Society' — renamed after legal action by Rogue Brewing). Scapegrace Black Gin is famous for its naturally jet-black color (from butterfly-pea flower + saffron — no artificial coloring). Whisky distillery opened in Central Otago in 2020.
