Resort-area craft distillery in southern Indiana, attached to the historic French Lick Springs Hotel district. Master distiller Alan Bishop has built a deep portfolio of historically-styled bourbons, ryes, and gins under names that honor 19th-century Indiana whiskey figures (Mattie Gladden, Lee W. Sinclair, William Dalton). Heavy emphasis on bottled-in-bond expressions and traditional pre-Prohibition mashbills.
