Founded 2007 by David Vitale. The Australian whisky distillery best-known internationally — heavy emphasis on Australian red wine cask maturation (rather than Scotch-tradition bourbon casks). Diageo Distill Ventures took an investment stake. Starward Nova (red wine cask) and Two-Fold (rye + malt) are the core line.
