Hibiki was launched 1989 to celebrate Suntory's 90th anniversary. Blends Yamazaki (single malt), Hakushu (single malt), and Chita (grain whisky from the Chita distillery in Aichi). Suntory Toki is a younger, lighter blend. Chita is the grain workhorse — column-still grain whisky from corn + malted barley.
