Brooklyn distillery and bottler founded by Daniel Prieto Preston (also founder of Cacao Prieto chocolate next door). Best known for the Widow Jane 10 Year — a small-batch blended bourbon proofed with limestone-mineral water from the Widow Jane Mine in upstate Rosendale, NY. Owns its own distillation operation but the older expressions (10 Year) are sourced and blended given the brand's relative youth.
