Founded 2010 by Orlin Sorensen and Brett Carlile. Produces 100% Washington-grown grain bourbon and rye. Master Distiller David Pickerell (Maker's Mark, deceased 2018) shaped the early production. Acquired by Moët Hennessy (Diageo's competitor) in 2017. Grain comes from a single farm (the Omlin family) in the Quincy area of central Washington.
